Your Duties:
Product planning, strategy and develop roadmap: Work with the team to determine the strategic direction and goals of the product, formulate a product development plan, and conduct market research and competitive analysis and build business case to determine product needs and features
Product design and development: Work with engineers and designers to participate in all stages of product design and development. May be required to develop product requirements specifications, create product prototypes, and work with team members to solve technical and design issues.
Project management: Responsible for the management and execution of product development projects. Required to work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and monitor project progress, coordinating resource allocation and risk management. Analyze data and metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Testing and quality control: Responsible for product testing and quality control. Requires assistance in developing test plans and testing times and working with the testing team to ensure product performance and quality meet requirements.
Marketing support: Cooperate with the marketing team to provide product-related technical support and product selling points, assist in formulating marketing strategies, and provide product knowledge training and support to the sales team.
Competitive analysis: Track competitors’ product dynamics and market trends, analyze the competitive environment, and propose corresponding product optimization suggestions.
Customer feedback and demand management: Collect and analyze customer feedback, understand market needs and user experience, provide feedback to the team, and participate in product improvement and optimization.
Technical support: Provide technical support for products to internal teams and customers, answer technical questions, and provide relevant training and documentation support.
Training: Provide products training to sales and marketing team.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years solid experience as a Assistant Product Manager or a related role is required
- Experience in gaming accessories is an advantage
- Familiar with Project management tools is a must
- A deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs is crucial for success in this role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Entrepreneurial and can-do mindset is preferred
- Regularly travel to China is required
