Assistant (Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research for existing projects and ad hoc studies

• Collect data from various sources to identify trends and patterns;

• Assist in preparing proposals, reports and presentation materials

• Keep abreast of property market transactions and update databases regularly 

Person Specification 

• Diploma in business administration or a related discipline 

• Experience in real estate is an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Independent, attentive to detail, and able to meet tight timeline

You will be working at one of our office in Kwun Tong.
