Assistant Officer - Internal Audit

• Assistant Officer - Internal Audit
• With 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• 5-day work week;NGO;Wanchai

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing internal audits at the Headquarters and local service units to ensure compliance with the requirements of Social Welfare Department
• Assist in performing background research, audit sampling and control testing
• Assist in arranging meetings with internal and external parties
• Assist in maintaining filing records of the Internal Audit Department
• Handle administrative work of the Internal Audit Department
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Working location: Hong Kong (no overseas travel required)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Accounting/Auditing, Business Administration, Social Work or Management Information System
• With 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in written English and Chinese
• Well versed in MS Office and preferably knowledge in other software applications, e.g. MS Dynamics AX and Epicor
• Good organization and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and self-motivated
