The role:
- Administer the textual and spatial content of route information database, destination signs, bus stop announcements and geofence definitions on digital map
- Collect voice of customers and investigate complaints related to smart mobility and on-bus digital products
- Facilitate vendors to complete the development of the smart mobility and on-bus digital products
- Perform test & commissioning and assist rollout of the smart mobility and on-bus digital products
Skills and attributes:
- Degree holder in Information & Technology, Transportation, Business or related disciplines
- Good understanding in Hong Kong public transport
- Familiarity with bus routes, roads and places in Hong Kong is preferred
- Attentive to details and well-organized
- Strong sense of responsibility, high adaptability and flexibility to agile timeline
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in using geographic information system products would be an advantage
- Filming, photo taking and multimedia editing skills would be an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcome
