What You'll Be Driving:

Lead Generation & Direct Marketing: Spearhead initiatives to generate high-quality sales leads through targeted direct marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and other channels.

Website Management & Optimisation: Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of our website, ensuring it's a powerful tool for lead capture and customer engagement. You'll be a key player in our upcoming website revamp, focusing on content strategy and user experience.

Impactful Event Management: Take a lead role in planning, promoting, and executing large-scale industry events like HOFEX, as well as smaller targeted webinars and seminars. Your efforts will significantly boost our brand visibility and facilitate key customer interactions.

Content Strategy & Development: Develop and curate compelling content across various platforms (website, direct mail, social media) to support our lead generation and brand-building goals.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Provide guidance and direction to our local senior designer, ensuring all visual and multimedia content aligns with marketing objectives. Collaborate closely with the Shenzhen marketing specialist to localise and amplify campaigns across the Greater Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Lead Generation:
-
Design, implement, and optimise direct marketing campaigns (e.g., email newsletters, content syndication, targeted mailing) to generate and nurture sales leads.

Monitor, analyse, and report on lead generation performance, identifying areas for improvement and scaling successful tactics.

Website Maintenance & Revamp:

Manage day-to-day website updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team and external vendors on the end-to-end website revamp project, specifically focusing on content strategy, migration, creation, and optimisation for lead conversion.

Coordinate and assist in the production of engaging video and static content for the website, from concept to post-production, working with external vendors and our in-house designer.

Event Management (Online & Offline):

Full lifecycle management of marketing events, including major exhibitions (e.g., HOFEX), webinars, and seminars. This involves concept development, budget management, venue selection, vendor coordination, promotional campaigns, and on-site execution.

Develop pre- and post-event communication strategies to maximise attendance and follow-up on leads generated.

Content & Direct Marketing Execution:

Develop and write engaging marketing copy, articles, case studies, and other digital/print content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

Manage the content calendar for website updates, direct marketing campaigns, and new content releases.

Assist in managing social media channels and community engagement to amplify content reach and grow our online presence.

Team Leadership & Cross-Region Coordination:

Lead and mentor a local senior designer, providing clear creative direction and ensuring design output is consistently high-quality and on-brand.

Act as a key liaison with the Shenzhen marketing specialist, ensuring seamless alignment of marketing strategies and execution across Hong Kong and mainland China, particularly in content localisation and campaign rollout.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

Liaise effectively with external vendors (e.g., videographers, copywriters, event suppliers, web developers) and our in-house graphic and multimedia designer to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing assets.

Performance Monitoring & Research:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform content, direct marketing, and event strategies.
-
Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing activities, providing actionable insights for continuous optimisation and ROI measurement.

What We're Looking For:
-
Experience:
-
3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in sales lead generation, direct marketing execution (email/content), website management, and event organisation.
-
Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior team members or leading project-based work with designers/specialists is highly valued.
-
Candidates with strong experience in large-scale event coordination (e.g., industry exhibitions) are highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Skills & Knowledge:

Demonstrable understanding of lead generation funnels and direct marketing principles.

Proficiency in website content management systems (CMS, e.g., WordPress) and basic CRM tools for lead tracking.

Experience in coordinating or managing large-scale online and offline events, including logistics and promotion.

Strong content writing and editing skills for digital platforms and direct marketing materials.

Basic understanding of video production workflows and social media content best practices.

Excellent project management, organisational, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and direct team members simultaneously.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, results-driven marketing initiatives.

Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese are essential for our regional focus.
