Job responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Oversee daily operations of online channels, including content management, digital planning, and performance analysis
• Create engaging content and copy for social media platforms to drive traffic and increase engagement
• Collaborate on integrated marketing communications campaigns across online and offline channels, including social media, sales channels, and events such as exhibitions
• Stay abreast of market trends, digital environments, and industry developments to inform and evolve digital strategies
• Develop and execute media plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth
• Prepare weekly reviews and monthly analyses of marketing program performance and campaign metrics
• Manage partnerships with vendors and stakeholders
• Support the team in various projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the B2B industry
• Proven experience with online channels (SEM, SEO, website management, social media, display advertising, and digital campaigns)
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing project management (website promotion, email marketing, social media advertising)
• Strong SEO skills and knowledge
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
