Job Purpose:

This position aims to strengthen further the admissions, marketing, and promotion work of the College. This position is required to provide professional support in PR and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver the daily marketing and communications activity for the College on social media channels.
  • Formulate content strategy with different business units of the College.
  • Plan and execute the engagement strategies with key stakeholders including key opinion leaders, policy makers, legislators, media, and the general public.
  • Work with external agencies to conduct a full range of corporate communications and PR activities, including media events, media releases, media interviews and media enquiry handling in physical and online formats.
  • Prepare bilingual communications for senior executives, including speeches, presentations, and articles.
  • Take up other tasks as assigned by the College.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Journalism or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in the tertiary education sector or with the sales and customer servicing sector. Previous working experience from the education sector is preferable.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different stakeholders and external parties.
  • A good sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Able to handle tasks independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to adopt a positive attitude to the team’s objectives and maintain collaborative work relationships with team members.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and web content is an advantage.
