Qualifications & experience

  • Higher Diploma in Property / Facility / Real Estate / Business Management or related disciplines.
  • 5 years of related experience including 3 years of in-depth experience in real estate, facility management, leasing or related sectors.
  • Well versed in related ordinance such as Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant and related ordinances in HK, China, US, UK or Japan to start with.
  • Quick learner, able to transfer current knowledge to other settings and with an ability to raise questions to solicit input locally and overseas.
  • Understand the importance and legal origin of compliance, assessment, surveying etc in both private and public sectors. Previous experience in dealing with public sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage the property sales/leasing projects, property and facilities management projects. It covers:
    • coordinating premises takeover and handover,
    • manage the selected vendors and price quotations,
    • overseeing fitting-out and renovation management work,
    • tendering exercises,
    • work completion and defects rectification,
    • handling documentation and managing files,
    • handling inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyze them for stakeholder review.
  • Support department head in executing various strategies and planning in assigned portfolios.
  • Collect market data, tenant structure viability and tenancy terms.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
