Responsibilities:
· Prepare all company secretaries duties
· Prepare and reply all banking compliance documents
· Handle of all KYC and compliance issue for BVI agents, banks, trustee and etc
· Review and analysis the financial reports and investment documents
· Familiar with trust management is an advantage
· Supervise company and properties administration
· Assistant in AI development project
· Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
· Degree or above, study in Company secretaries / Trust management / Financial Accounting
· 3 years or above working experience on related job nature;
· Good command of English and Chinese is a must;
· Good interpersonal and communication skills to all levels of colleagues;
· Confidentially, self-motivated and ability to work independently;
· Positive, patient character, willing to learn and try different task.
