ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER – PORTFOLIO LEASING DEPARTMENT

Responsibilities:

• Consolidating revenue and expenses of leasing portfolio against budgets set
• Monitoring the leasing portfolio and reviewing asset positioning to maximize usage of resources
• Preparing periodic business plans, asset management reports to management for review
• Developing financial and operational assumptions
• Preparing financial model analysis for leasing portfolio
• Analyzing financial information, industry data and economic statistics, developing financial models and preparing research reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ commercial real estate analysis / asset management experience with an emphasis on retail properties, preferably gained from real estate industry
• Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent is a plus
• Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well versed in using Excel for financial modeling
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
