• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for forecasting activities
• Review and manage all treasury related transactions
• Liaise and resolve settlement and reporting matters with banks and internal parties
• Perform cashflow management, financial analysis for funding and foreign exchange exposure
• Liaise and coordinate with auditors and tax representative for statutory audit and tax filing
• Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls and procedures
• Lead the accounting team to perform general accounting operations
• Assist in M&A projects and provide analytical reports as required by the management

Are you ready for the opportunity?

• Degree Holder or above in Accountancy, Business, Economics or other related disciplines
• Member of ACCA / CPA / CFA 
• Understanding of accounting principles, business processes and financial analyses.
• Excellent people management skills, including managing teams across countries.
• Extraordinary consulting, influence and negotiation skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in auditing, commercial and/or treasury operations
• Occasional travels may be required
