Assistant Facility Manager (REF: ADC/AFM)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Facilities Manager to perform his required and assigned duties;
• Implement, coordinate and supervise all facilities operation, maintenance and energy management;
• Response quickly to emergency situations (i.e. equipment failure, fire, evacuation, typhoon etc.) and customer concerns;
• Manage all operation and maintenance related processes including procurement, training, personnel development, etc.;
• Attend meetings arranged by the government or stakeholders related to operation and maintenance;
• Any tasks as assigned by the government or his representatives.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Electrical or Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or Facilities Management;
• At least five (5) years’ recognized relevant experience in electrical or building services engineering field;
• Holder of valid Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker at Grade A is preferable;
• Possess the qualification of R.P.E. / MHKIE and "Chartered Engineer" is preferable;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Facilities Manager
