Assistant Engineer

The Job:

As a team member of our Smart Charge Team, major responsibilities including:

·       Ensure all the maintenance activities are carried out in a timely manner and meeting the requirements for safety, availability, reliability and efficiency.

·       Review engineering documentation, draft technical and commercial contract specification, and prepare maintenance procedures.

·       Manage projects to ensure timely completion in compliance with the Company’s guidelines / standard requirements and within budget

·       Provide technical support on the development of technical specifications and guidelines for application of EV equipment and systems

·       Monitor and evaluate the performance of the existing application systems and initiate improvements to meet changes in the business environment

·       Design and conduct user acceptance tests for system upgrade and enhancement

·       Deliver training to users to ensure technological equipment and related testing equipment are properly applied

·       Support various technical projects and services as needed

Requirements:

·       Possess a recognized Higher Diploma / Associate Degree/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Management or equivalent

·       Experience in project management, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and development of EV charging equipment or systems

·       Positive safety attitude and good understanding of relevant statutory SHEQ requirements, engineering standards, codes of practice and procedures

·       Team player with good analytical mind, fast learning ability and flexible to work on ad-hoc tasks

·       Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

·       Fresh graduate will also be considered
