Assistant Data Analyst, Registry (Ref.: 25/27/REG/ADA)
Duties:
The appointee is responsible for
- support the Registry team in data support on record analysis;
- data reporting and analysis, provide in-depth finding to understand the admission and student performance;
- provide data digitalization support including automation process;
- build and maintain comprehensive reports;
- support and participate in different areas, such as timetabling, admission, registration, etc;
- undertaking other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Appointment Criteria:
Applicants should
- a recognized Bachelor’s degree;
- knowledge in data visualization Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and related hands-on experience;
- knowledge in Python, SQL, ETL would be an advantage;
- knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform such as Power Automate and SharePoint Online would be an advantage;
- strong analytical, problem-solving skills, able to work independently, and good communication skills.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
