Assistant Accountant, Controllership

Typical Accountabilities:

AZ China (including Gracell) Onshore entities

• Perform monthly closing activities and local statutory reports for relevant AZ China entities (CNB0 and CN40);
• Perform relevant B/S and P/L review as per control requirement;
• Prepare and submit monthly statistics reports for these entities;
• Work with Deloitte and external auditors (PwC/KPMG) to finalize annual local statutory reports for these entities;
• Complete Period 13 adjustments accordingly in SAP for these entities;
• Act as local administrator for IFRS16 accounting (leasing data update, Ad-hoc adjustment);
• Act as Master Data Steward for Cost Center maintenance for AZ China.

Gracell Offshore entities

• Perform accounting and monthly closing activities for Gracell Offshore entities (Cayman, BVI and US);
• Prepare monthly ERH uploading files for these entities;
• Perform relevant B/S and P/L review as per control requirement.

Other Ad-hoc tasks(arrange payments to Union via NewGen, etc.)

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Education:

University degree required (Business, Finance).

Experience:

• Working experience in finance and accounting area;
• Experience in Hyperion reporting;

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and cross-function collaboration skills

English communication skills, both verbal and written
