Assistant Accountant/ Accountant (Accounting)

We are looking for a permanent employee to join our Accounting Team and support the business operation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day accounting functions, including issuing invoices, invoice input, issuing cheques, online payments, inter-company reconciliation, tracing fund receipt, bank reconciliation, fixed assets register, vouchers, etc.
• Work with operational departments to ensure data accuracy
• Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, month-end closing, management reports, etc.
• Assist in annual audit, tax filing for overseas offices and compliance issue
• Administrative work, including filing, photocopying, scanning of documents, etc.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (with experience in the commercial / trading field is an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Experience in Kingdee system is an added advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, strong attention to details, willing to learn and be able to work under pressure in meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
