Area Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coach Shop In Charges and the frontline team to achieve sales target
2. Prepare people roster to support day-to-day business operation need
3. Take initiative to identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction including service level, promotion, store-level workflow to achieve company set goal
4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
5. Work closely with other team to align store-level activities to achieve business objectives
6. Pay attention to business environment & feedback to management to improve sales performance and standard of operational excellence

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• 9-year experience in retail industry; at least 3-year experience in area supervisory role
• Candidate with pet supply industry will be an advantage
• Self-driven, results-oriented, team-oriented and with a strong sense of accountability.
• Strong Communication skills
