Application Support, Trading System Team

Responsibilities：

• Manage and maintain securities, futures and asset management trading, settlement or related systems;
• Implement automation with scripting or RPA for daily operation flow;
• Responsible for system issue troubleshooting and resolution;
• User permissioning, system deployment and incident management;
• Follow-up issues and liaise with vendor and users' requests in a timely manner;
• Conduct and coordinate UAT and regression test for the on-going system upgrades;

Requirements：

• Degree in Information Technology or in other relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in development or support;
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Hands-on experience writing SQL, Python or other scripting language;
• Solid support experience in securities/futures/asset management systems like iAsia/SP/Esunny/AIM/Enfusion is preferable;
• Good interpersonal skills and fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin);
