Analyst Programmer (Public Sector, One Year Contract)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analyst Programmer to join our dynamic team, working on-site with our prestigious client. In this role, you will be an integral part of the client's IT Division, contributing to the development and maintenance of their critical business applications.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for application development and maintenance projects.
• Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions under the supervision of the client's IT managers.

• Work with a modern technology stack including:

  • Backend: Java EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, iBATIS/myBATIS, RESTful API, REST web services

  • Frontend: JSF/ICEfaces v4.3, ACE components, ReactJS, NodeJS

  • Database: Oracle 19C with PL/SQL

  • Tools & Platforms: IBM WebSphere, MyEclipse, Azure Portal

  • Innovative Tech: OpenAI and AI Agents integration, Prompt Engineering

Minimum Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of solid experience in IT application development.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar Analyst Programmer role.

• Must-have proficiency in: IBM WebSphere, MyEclipse, Java EE, REST web services, JSF/ICEfaces v4.3, Oracle 19C with PL/SQL, Spring framework, Hibernate/iBATIS/myBATIS, and RESTful API.

• Experience with ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Familiarity with Azure Portal maintenance, OpenAI, AI Agents integration, and Prompt Engineering.
• Conversant with SDLC development methodology.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Advantageous Skills:

• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON.
• Experience with responsive web design.
