Analyst

Highlights of the Job:

- Supporting management by developing car selling strategies to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets

- Providing financial impact analysis for business decisions and negotiation

- Ordering management, and sales support claims management

- Opportunities for process re-engineering projects

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and align monthly, annual and long term sales plans with management

- Participate in sales meetings; prepare necessary data and analysis on sales performance

- Formulate vehicle ordering plans and strategies, and to prepare the necessary documents for ordering

- Formulate sales support programs and prepare necessary documents

- Prepare and submit sales support claims

- Revisit existing procedures and propose and execute process engineering plans

Requirements:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills

- Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or similar disciplines

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

- Ability to work independently and support business needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred

- Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point

- Strong problem-solving skill

- Passionate in automotive industry is preferred

- Experience working in the automotive sector is highly preferred
