The role:

As Airfreight Operations Clerk, you will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent operations service to our customers. Your duties will include:

• Handle daily operations for import and export shipments
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouse and overseas clients to ensure operations smooth
• Able to handle full sets export documents and arrange trade-link declaration
• Good communication skills and provide timely and accurate response to internal and external parties

Your skills and experience:

• DSE / Form 5 or above, fresh graduate is also welcome
• Experience in Air freight forwarding preferred
• Familiar with forwarder Operations system
• Willing to work overtime
• Shift duty may required
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent team spirit
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
