Airfreight Operation

Job Duties:

·       Responsible for daily Air Freight operation

·       Full set of Air Export documentation (e.g. MAWB, HAWB, invoices etc.)

·       Communicate with airlines, co-loaders, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth operation

·       Arrange bookings with airline, co-loaders and follow up shipment status

·       Ad-hoc projects as assigned by operation manager

Requirements:

·       Form 5 / DSE equivalent qualification

·       3 years or above relevant experience in air freight forwarding industry & logistics field

·       Proficiency in PC applications including MS word, Excel and Outlook

·       Good command in Fair English and Mandarin

·       Willing to learn, responsible, hard work and independent

·       Immediately available preferred
