Air Freight Import Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily import cargo by air and full set of air import document
• Communicate with overseas Office or agent about cargo shipment
• Maintain good relationship with customers to meet their needs as much as possible
• Coordinate with operation department, tracking cargo transportation throughout the whole process, solving problems in the process of cargo transportation
• Arrange billing and invoicing application
• Comply with the SOP, network manual, KPI and proper data input to meet the instruction and data quality target set by the Company

• Other matters as assigned by Superiors / Manager
  

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Air Freight Forwarding industry
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Patience, strong sense of responsibility, willing to move forward
