AI Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies that align with organizational goals, support business needs and deliver values

• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with business units across the organization

• Possess a strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, data analysis, and AI models. Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution in AI projects.

• Lead and execute the development and deployment of AI initiatives to support business needs. Monitor budget and expenses.

• Ensure data governance, including data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Negotiate and manage contracts and service agreements with external vendors to maximize value and efficiency. Drive direct innovation and development efforts where suitable and necessary.

• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Be accountable for the success of AI projects.

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency

• Collaborate with business teams to integrate AI solutions into core business operations

• Monitor emerging trends in AI and data analytics, and recommend innovative approaches for continuous improvement

• Solid knowledge in relevant fields, such as Business, Computer Science, or Data Science, AI technologies, machine learning, AI models.

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI, data analytics, or technology sectors.

• Strategic business acumen and strong business mindset

• Proven experience in delivering data/ AI products and managing the entire project lifecycle.

• Excellent analytical skills, Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• For recent graduates: Solid educational foundation, passion for AI and tech, and eagerness to develop and advance.
