AI Engineer（Bank project）

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models to address business challenges.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data to ensure high-quality AI model input.
• Evaluate model performance and iterate designs for improved accuracy.
• Deploy machine learning models in production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Prepare technical documents of model architectures and methodologies.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and apply new techniques to banking projects.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data quality and model performance.
• Provide training and support for end-users on AI tools and models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of Software development or AI Development experience, preferably within banking industry.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Working experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of LLM architecture (e.g., transformers) and experience with API integration.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in AI project management.
• Working experience in LLM frameworks, including Hugging Face Transformers and OpenAI API.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods applied in AI algorithms.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate LLMs into applications such as Chabot and virtual assistant.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts and techniques, including tokenization and text generation.
