PortfoPlus (PORTFO+) 誠邀一位 具好奇心、前瞻思維、熟悉科技 的人才加入我們成長中的團隊，擔任 AI流程設計師。在這個角色中，你將探索如何把最新的 AI 工具與自動化流程，應用在 PORTFO+ 業務的不同部分 —— 從日常營運、行銷推廣，到銷售支援 —— 一起幫助我們重新想像並擴展 InsurTech 初創的運作模式。我們亦歡迎初畢業人士申請。

PortfoPlus (PORTFO+) is looking for a curious, forward-thinking and tech-savvy individual to join our growing team as an AI Adoption Specialist. In this role, you will explore how to apply the latest AI tools and workflow automation into different parts of PORTFO+ business — from daily operations, to marketing, to sales support — helping us reimagine and scale how an InsurTech startup operates. Fresh graduates with the right mindset are welcome.

主要職責 Key Responsibilities:

• 探索與導入 AI 工具（例如 ChatGPT、Midjourney、Claude、N8n），以提升公司工作流程
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, N8n) to improve company workflows
• 分析不同部門（營運、行銷、銷售、客服）如何善用 AI，並提出具創意的解決方案
• Analyze how different departments (operations, marketing, sales, CS) can leverage AI, and propose creative solutions
• 持續監測與優化自動化流程，以達致最高效率
• Continuously monitor and optimize the automated processes for maximum efficiency
• 協助團隊成員，建立易用的 AI 流程及提示語庫（prompt libraries）
• Support team members by creating easy-to-use AI workflows & prompt libraries
• 監控、評估並持續改善工作流程效率
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve workflow efficiency
• 在內部進行知識分享，並為同事培訓新 AI 工具

• Share knowledge internally and provide training to colleagues on new AI tools
  

任職要求 What You’ll Need

必備條件 Must have

• 學歷背景： 資訊工程、資訊科技、數據科學、工程學或相關領域學士或以上學歷（或具等同實務經驗）

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• AI & 自動化技能： 對 AI 創新具有熱誠，熟悉提示工程（prompt engineering）；具備使用自動化平台經驗（例如 N8n）

• AI & Automation Skills: Passionate about AI innovation and familiarity with prompt engineering; experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g. N8n)

• 編程能力： 基本至中級編程知識（如 Python、JavaScript、Node.js），可撰寫腳本、API 整合與自訂流程

• Coding Ability: Basic to intermediate programming knowledge (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Node.js) to build scripts, API integrations, and customized workflows

• 工程思維： 熟悉 API 整合、數據轉換及流程設計

• Engineering Mindset: Comfortable with API integration, data transformation, and process design

• 具備良好的問題解決與分析能力
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• 擅長溝通與團隊協作
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• 積極主動、有創意、不怕嘗試新想法
• Proactive, creative, and not afraid to test new ideas
