職位描述

Responsibilities:

Handle Director’s / the Management's meeting schedules, prepare agendas, minutes, handle administration works, bookings, travel accommodation and handle confidential matters.

Maintain efficient filing system, records & contracts management, handle daily administrative works, communicate with global partners, petty cash record, answering calls, contracts and greeting important guests etc.

Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, arrange conferences, managing business partners' / institutions’ commission, provide administrative support and handle ad hoc assignments by the Management.

Assist on the coaching programmes administration and curriculum design.

Requirements:

Degree holder, solid overseas study experiences in the UK with working experience in administrative / secretarial capacity and formal teaching experiences is a plus.

Strong organizing & multi-tasking skills, able to meet deadline with a tight schedule, independent, pro-active, responsible; professional attitude at work, detail minded, initiative, helpful, punctual and polite.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficient in PC knowledge (Such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing)
