Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting and welcoming visitors and handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes by preparing onboarding materials and facilitating the return of company assets during offboarding.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, company events, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain and update administrative policies, procedures, and documentation as required.
  • Draft, prepare, and distribute internal communications, including announcements, memos, and emails.
  • Conduct biannual audits of fixed assets to verify accuracy and completeness of office asset records.
  • Provide support for additional ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Proactive, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and patience, with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
