Job Duties:
- Handle general office administration duties including office supplies ordering, maintenance arrangement
- Handle contract and insurance renewal and claims;
- Provide admin. support to internal departments and frontline shops.
- Submit regular reports as required
- Follow up the billing statement
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline
- 2 years of relevant working experience in Administrative work would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese
- Self-motivated, positive, Independent & detail-minded
- Immediate available is preferred
