職位描述
• Diploma or above with at least 3 years relevant experience
• Manage all financial & accounting operations, including daily A/C duties, AR & AP and data entry
• Verify data and process claims and reimbursement
• Prepare monthly report and budgeting, bank reconciliation
• Assist Management in monitoring the P&L for each project/department
• Liaise with auditors , banks and internal stakeholders
• Responsible for HR operations for designated functions, includes but not limited to payroll and MPF administration, tax filing, insurance enrolment and termination etc
• Assist in other administrative or ad-hoc assignment as required
• Mature, accurate, responsible and able to work under pressure and over time
• Good commend of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong PC skills particularly in MS Office, Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
5-day work week, 13-month salary with performance bonus and
12 days paid Annual Leave will be offered to the right candidate.
