Accounts Clerk/ Officer 會計文員/主任

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation for retail stores to ensure transaction records are accurate

• Manage accounts payable and supplier payment arrangements

• Verify invoices, payment requests, and bank transaction records

• Assist in preparing financial reports and month-end closing reports

• Support supervisors in other accounting and administrative tasks  

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome

• Proficiency in Cantonese

• Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese & English input methods

• Strong independent working ability, sense of responsibility, diligence, proactiveness, good communication skills, and team spirit

• Immediate availability is preferred

工作內容：

• 負責門市月結錄帳及對賬，確保交易記錄準確無誤

• 處理應付賬款及供應商付款安排

• 核對發票、付款申請及銀行交易記錄

• 協助編制財務報表及月結報告

• 協助上級處理其他財務及行政工作

要求：

• 文憑 / 副學士 / 學士學位，主修會計、財務或相關學科優先，歡迎應屆畢業生

• 良好粵語

• 熟悉電腦操作及應用軟件，包括Word及Excel及中英文輸入法

• 獨立工作能力、富責任感、勤奮好學、主動、具良好溝通技巧及團隊精神
