Accounts Clerk / Accounts Associate / 會計文員

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will handle general accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable (AR), and support various accounting functions. Job Responsibilities:

• General accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Perform daily accounting tasks, including data entry for the Finance Department.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and procedures, assisting in the month-end closing process.

• Aid in the preparation of financial statements and schedules.

• Support accounting-related ad-hoc projects as needed.

• Address inquiries from customers and the internal sales team.

Job requirements: 

• F.5 or above.

• Accounting or related discipline/LCCI elementary level or higher preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Good communication skills and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

• 負責日常會計工作，包括會計入賬及會計部門的數據錄入。

• 妥善維護會計記錄及流程，協助完成月結工作。

• 協助準備財務報表及明細。

• 支援會計相關的臨時項目。

• 處理客戶及內部銷售團隊的查詢。

工作要求：

• 中五或以上。

• 擁有會計學歷e.g.LCCI 1或以上程度優先考慮。

• 最少2年相關工作經驗。

• 良好的溝通技巧，具備中英文書寫能力。

• 熟悉ERP系統及Microsoft Excel者優先。
