We are now expanding the team and looking for a high-caliber candidate to join our dynamic Student Placement services team in Hong Kong.

About This Role:

• Perform daily accounting duties of billing, account receivable, journal preparation, account payable, staff claim on a timely basis
• Reconcile bank and online transactions
• Review routine transactions via P2P system
• Assist with month-end closing reports and account breakdown.
• Perform and support other accounting functions and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

• Higher Diploma /Associate/Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• Self-motivated, well organized, independent, responsible and good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel. Experiences in using accounting system such as Oracle and SAP are preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of written English
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant
