Accounting Manager / Assistant Accounting Manager

As the Accounting Manager, you will manage and strengthen our internal accounting operations and client workflows.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising internal bookkeeping, monthly closings, and financial reporting
• Managing client accounting and tax filing needs
• Improving day-to-day processes and ensuring service quality
• Leading and supporting internal accounting staff
• Collaborating with the team to support the steady growth of the accounting function

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably within a secretarial firm, CPA firm, or SME consultancy
• Familiarity with Hong Kong tax laws and compliance
• Experience in team coordination or workflow improvement is a plus
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, HKICPA), if any
