Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end closing and preparation of relevant accounting schedules

• Oversee and monitor financial information systems

• Develop and implement internal control procedures to streamline operations and ensure proper control and compliance

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and regular reporting for management

• Handle statutory audits and tax filings

• Provide in-depth financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Act as business partner working closely with different stakeholders

• Handle ad hoc assignments as required 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience

• Member of recognized accounting bodies (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent) is preferable but not necessary

• Hands on experience in Quickbooks Accounting System is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently

• Good command of spoken & written in Cantonese and English

• Immediately available is preferred
