Accountant Assistant/Accountant

About the role

Dong Ling Electrical Group Co Ltd' is seeking an Accountant Assistant/Accountant to join our team in Tsim Sha Tsui. This full-time position will be responsible for providing essential accounting support to our finance department.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconciling bank and ledger accounts
• Providing administrative support to the finance team as required
• Familiar with e-Commerce would be advantage, e.g. Shopify, Amazon
• Involving in montoring inventory levels is a plus

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• 5 years of experience in a similar accountant role,
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of ERP system is prefered, experience with Multiable M18 is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
