Account Manager (Social Media)

Responsibility :
 

Content Planning and Calendars

• Develop and manage brands’ content calendar creation;
• Content planning and localized content ideations, inclusive of Chinese and English copywriting;
• Day-to-day communications with clients and creative briefings to designer and other internal parties;
• Take lead in content strategy development by conducting market/platform research;

Platform Management

• Manage multiple clients’ social media platforms independently and implement social strategy;
• Handle day-to-day platform maintenance and customer support/enquiries in a timely and professional manner; 
• Monitor platform performances to achieve KPIs; 
• Communicate and coordinate with media team to execute media advertising; 
• Other ad-hoc tasks by clients from time to time;

Reports and Analysis

• Have a general understanding of reporting metrics to help improve and strengthen social media management and content strategy development;
• Compile regular reports to deliver relevant insights and action recommendations;
• Conduct competitive analysis on clients and competitors’ social activities to provide an industry benchmark and useful insights;  

Requirement: 

• Degree in Media, Marketing, Communications or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years of experience on social media management or other relevant work experience;
• Proven track records of social media page management on Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms;
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills;
• Familiar with the social media & influencer landscape and practices in Hong Kong; 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; 
• Proactive, passionate, and a detail-minded team player;
• Good multi-tasking skills, willing to work under pressure and tight schedules;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred; 
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as an Assistant Account Manager;
