Our Client

Our client is a global market lead and a strategic partner to the maritime and offshore industries, delivering sophisticated and sustainable cargo handling solutions. Their technology is a critical component in the global supply chain, trusted by a vast portion of the world's commercial fleet to ensure operational excellence. They are seeking a senior-level professional to lead their sales initiatives and contribute to their continued success in Hong Kong.

The Role

As an Account Manager/Senior Manager,you will be pivotal in driving the business forward. You will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring junior account representatives, guiding the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales tactics and action plans to meet and exceed sales budgets.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the junior sales team to ensure performance and professional development.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders, planning and executing customer visits, and building positive connections that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Following up with existing customers, including re-engaging clients who have not made recent purchases.
  • Assessing complex customers needs to recommend suitable products and services from an extensive portfolio.
  • Referring leads, market feedback, and competitor data internally to improve overall strategy.

Requirement:

  • A bachelor’s degree, ideally in an engineering, marine, or business discipline. A technical background is strongly preferred to navigate complex product specifications.
  • Brings proven experience from a senior sales or account management position within the marine, shipping, or offshore sectors in Hong Kong.
  • Offers a track record of successfully leading or mentoring sales professionals.
  • Exhibits exceptional negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills, with a self-driven and customer-centric mindset.
  • Has full professional fluency in both written and spoken English.

  • 制定並實施戰略性銷售策略與行動計畫,以達成並超越銷售預算。
  • 領導、指導並發展初階銷售團隊,確保團隊績效與專業成長 。
  • 管理與主要利益相關者的關係,規劃並執行客戶拜訪,建立良好連結以創造未來的銷售機會與重複性業務。
  • 跟進現有客戶,包括重新聯繫近期未購買的客戶 。
  • 評估複雜的客戶需求,從廣泛的產品組合中推薦合適的產品與服務。
  • 向公司內部回報潛在客戶、市場反饋及競爭對手資訊,以優化整體戰略。

應徵要求:

  • 擁有學士學位,工程、航海或商業相關領域。具備技術背景者將優先考慮,以便掌握複雜的產品規格 。
  • 在香港的海運、航運或離岸產業擁有資深銷售或客戶管理職位的實務經驗。
  • 擁有成功領導或指導銷售專業人士的經驗紀錄 。
  • 具備出色的談判、溝通與協作能力,並擁有積極主動、以客戶為中心的思維。
  • 具備流利的中英文書寫與口語能力。
