Job Description
The Sr./Account Executive is responsible for delivery of campaign initiatives/ projects on all aspects of the brand business, coordinating the day-to-day account service efforts of the Client. This position will be the key contact between the client, in-house designers and production vendors and all other stakeholders and internal teams. This position will represent our company to provide the highest quality of work, on time and within budget, and ensure all necessary quality checks are done and approvals received before releasing any materials.
Role Purpose:
- Key account representative between the client, the company and the agencies
- Work closely with internal designers and external production vendors, ensuring the briefs and requirements are 100% understood and the whole process is conducted (including but not limited to deadline)
- Responsible for final artwork output quality control check before passing to client
- Responsible for customer service and delivery through constant liaison with clients and internal related members. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional customer service
- Own and resolve customer queries
- Responsible for Account related finance control and management, including but not limited to quotations and payments
- Other related tasks assigned by manager
Key Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years' account management experience in FMCG / retail industry and /or advertising agency, those with more experience will be considered as Sr. Account Executive
- Experience in shopper marketing, BTL, digital, print and 2D &3D POSM production is highly preferred.
- Independent, organized, task oriented and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must
- Eye for detail and interpersonal skills is a must, even when working under tight schedules and pressure
- Capable to proofread/check TD & AW
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, a good listener
- Excellent customer service skills and client management ability
- PC literate (Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English and Cantonese language skills are essential
