高級財務經理 Senior Financial Manager

Job Responsibilities 職責:

1.      Supervise mid-year and annual financial audits and work as a key interface with external auditors for all audit related matters. 監督年中和年度財務審計，並就所有審計相關事宜與外部審計師進行重要溝通。

2.      Prepare Financial Notes and assist in preparing MD&A and other sections in the listed company’s Interim Report and Annual Report. 準備財務附注並協助準備上市公司中期報告和年報中的MD&A等部分。

3.      Supervise and streamline daily accounting operations including cash and disbursement management and manage monthly accounting closings.監督和簡化日常會計業務，包括現金和支出管理，並管理每月會計結帳。

4.      Manage valuation developments for equity investments and ECL calculations for debt investments. 管理股權投資的估值發展和債務投資的預期信用損失計算。

5.      Oversee annual audits and tax returns for Hong Kong and offshore companies as well as subsidiaries in mainland China. 監督香港和離岸公司以及中國大陸子公司的年度審計和稅務申報。

6.      Assist in preparing annual budgets and developing financial planning and forecasts. 協助準備年度預算並制定財務規劃和預測。

7.      Participate in constructing reliable internal control and strengthening regulatory compliance to safeguard company’s assets and improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations. 參與建立可靠的內部控制並加強監管合規性，以保護公司資產並提高營運的有效性和效率。

8.      Render technical assessments, advice, and counsel for implementation of new accounting rules and due diligence of new investment projects. 為新會計準則的實施和新投資專案的盡職調查提供技術評估、建議和諮詢。

9.      Other ad-hoc tasks as required. 根據需要辦理的其他臨時任務。

10. Has Knowledge of monthly Returns on Financial Resources Rules (FRR) for reporting to the SFC is another advantage. 具FRR經驗者為另一優勢。

Requirements 要求:

1.    Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent, HKICPA is preferred

大學會計，財務或相關專業畢業，具有HKICPA註冊會計師資格者優先。

2.    A minimum of 5 years related listed financial / investment company management experience and also have investment project experience is a must.

五年以上香港上市金融公司/投資財務管理經驗和有投資專案經驗，曾任會計，財務經理或以上職務者優先。

3.    Well versed in HKFRS and HKEX listing rules, especially Chapter 21 and familiar with mainland China accounting rules, tax laws and business practices.

精通香港上市公司條例及香港會計準則相關規定，熟悉香港上市公司審計要求和流程以及具有編制上市公司年報經驗者優先。瞭解中國大陸會計規則、稅法及商業條例。

4.    Good knowledge in Excel and accounting systems, FlexSystem experience is preferred.

精通公司日常會計業務和月度結帳，熟悉金融資產估值方法，具有Flex會計系統操作經驗者優先。

5.    Detail-oriented, well-organized, problem solver and good leadership, communication, and people skills.

注重細節，組織能力強，善於解決問題，具備良好的領導能力、溝通能力和人際交往能力。

6.    Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, fluent Mandarin is preferred.

精通英語、中文和普通話的書面及口語，流利普通話為優先。
