• 持香港護士管理局註冊護士證書及有效執業證書
• 有院舍/醫院工作經驗優先
• 管理、督導和培訓護理團隊
• 協助副院長(護理主管)處理文書及行政工作
• 訂立及管理長者個人護理計劃，訓練及督導前線護理員
• 需輪班工作，全職平均每星期44小時
• 入職薪酬按政府薪級表及相關年資釐定
