Job Duties:
- Carry out daily operations of serviced apartment to deliver premier services to guests
- Maintain high standard communciation and friendly relationship with internal and external residence
- Maintain daily services of all the common areas of residence building
- Monitor project progress, prepare and update all relevant documents
- Other ad-hoc duties as assisgned by supervisor
Requirements:
- HKCEE/DSE level or above
- 2 years relevant experience
- Higher Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines is an advantage
- Experience in Hotel or Serviced Apartments industry is an advantage
- Customer service-oriented and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
