汽車維修服務顧問/助理 Service Advisor/Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Provide professional advice, cost quotation and quality services to customers in vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Follow up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently.
• Prepare service documents and reports, verifying job order and keeping track of the service progress
• Working in Tuen Mun / Yau Tong

Requirements

• HKCEE/DSE of above
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in automotive / customer service field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Customer oriented, strong networking and self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess valid HK driving license with Class 1 & 2
• Immediate Availability is highly preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of  Assistant
