Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and receiving customers in the store
- Handle customer information registration and payment procedures
- Support daily administrative work and center operation coordination
- Answer customer enquiries and provide basic treatment information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year front desk experience in beauty or service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic computer operation (Word / Excel / booking system).
- Courteous, patient and friendly.
- Punctual, responsible, neat and tidy.
