RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-ordinate with operations for inbound & outbound shipment
- Data entry to warehouse system and issue delivery document.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s standard operating procedure
- Follow up the shipment schedule, cargo details and Transit time with customers
REQUIREMENT:
- Form 5 or above ;
- 1-2 years’ experience;
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required;
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel with a particular focus on VLOOKUP will be consider in prior;
- Knowledge in Air, Sea operation and E-commerce is an advantage.
