产品经理Product Manager-DeFi+AI agent

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the full life cycle management of DeFi + AI agent products, including market research, product design, development, launch and repeated calculation optimization.負責DeFi + AI agent產品的全生命週期管理，包括市場調研、產品設計、開發、上線及反覆運算優化。

2. In-depth understanding of various mainstream DeFi protocols (such as Uniswap, Aave, Curve, Compound, etc.) and Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems.深入理解各種主流DeFi協議（如Uniswap、Aave、Curve、Compound等）以及Layer 1、Layer 2 生態。

3. Design and AI Agent product logic, including but not limited to smart investment strategies, fund management, and risk control rules.設計和AI Agent的產品邏輯，包括但不限於智慧投資策略、資金管理、風控規則。

4. Analyze user needs, formulate product roadmaps, define product functions and development strategies.分析使用者需求，制定產品路線圖，定義產品功能及發展策略。

5. Work closely with technology, design, and marketing teams to coordinate resources to achieve product goals.與技術、設計、市場團隊密切合作，協調資源以實現產品目標。

6. Continue to track industry trends in the blockchain and AI fields to promote product innovation and competitiveness.持續跟蹤區塊鏈及AI領域的行業動態，推動產品的創新和競爭力。

Job Requirements:

1. More than 3 years of product manager experience, with DeFi or blockchain related experience preferred.

2. Familiar with various mainstream DeFi protocols, with product design and project implementation experience.

3. Have a deep understanding of Yield aggregation and Yield optimization.

4. Understand the underlying technology of blockchain and master the basic knowledge of smart contracts (Solidity, Vyper, etc.) first.

5. Have strong data analysis ability and be able to drive product repeated calculations based on data.

6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and promote smooth project delivery.

7. Bachelor degree or above, majors in computer, finance, and economics are preferred.
