Operations Officer

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic operations officer to support our airport operations. Work pattern for this role will be 14:00 - 23:00, Monday to Saturday.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• RESPONSILBE FOR FULL SET OF INBOUND AND OUTBOUND CARGO HANDLING PROCEDURES AND ACTIVITES.

• HANDLE DAILY IMPORT AND EXPORTS DOCUMENTIONS

• MANAGING FREIGHT BOOKING WITH AIRLINES

• LIAISE WITH DIFFERENT INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS FOR TRANSPORATION ARRANGEMENT

• PREFORM AD HOC DUTIES ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• HKCEE OR HKDSE EDUCATION LEVEL OR ABOVE (FRESH GRADUATES WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED)

• 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AIR FREIGHT FORWARDING OR LOGISTICS SERVICES IS PREFERRED

• WELL PROFICIENCY IN CHINESE AND ENGLISH

• GOOD INTER-PERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• CONVERSANT WITH COMPUTER APPLICATIONS

• FLEXIBILITY TO WORK ON SHIFT SCHEDULES AND IRREGULAR HOURS INCLUDING SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (NO OVERNIGHT SHIFT)

• QUALIFIED DRIVER (CLASS 2) IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGED

• WORKING LOCATION: LANTAU ISLAND HKIA SUPER TERMINAL 1
