Business Development Manger

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement customer acquisition and retention marketing programs to achieve the revenue and profit targets
• Identify, establish and manage relationships with institutional business partners
• Develop and deliver business presentations and proposals
• Engage with different stakeholders across the company for program implementation
• Conduct regular business performance review meetings with business partners
• Plan and organize wine tasting/expo events
• Any other duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, membership and/or event marketing
• Attentive to details and able to communicate and negotiate effectively in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good planning and organizing skills and able to perform under pressure
• WSET Level 3 qualification an advantage

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Business Development Manager.
