医美医疗行政总监 Director of Medical Administration

主要职责

• 临床治理与质量保证

  • 制定、实施并监督符合香港法规的临床规程、政策和标准。
  • 领导临床治理框架的构建，包括风险管理、事件上报和审计项目。
  • 确保所有医疗行为和设备符合最高的安全与卫生标准。

• 合规与认证

  • 作为主要负责人，应对卫生署及其它监管机构的所有牌照要求。
  • 密切关注影响医美行业的法规和专业指南的变化。

任职要求

• 医学学位，持有香港医务委员会发出的有效执业证明。
• 至少4年资格后临床经验。
• 在临床治理、质量保证和运营管理方面有经验。
• 深入了解香港的医疗法规、条例及私家医院法规和政策。
• 卓越的领导力、沟通及人际交往能力，粤语、英语流利；懂普通话者优先考虑。
• 强烈的商业意识和战略思维能力。

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, policies, and standards in line with Hong Kong regulations.
  • Lead the clinical governance framework, including risk management, incident reporting, and audit programs.
  • Ensure all medical practices and equipment meet the highest safety and hygiene standards.

• Compliance & Accreditation

  • Serve as the key person responsible for all licensing requirements with the Department of Health and other regulatory bodies.
  • Keep abreast of all changes in legislation and professional guidelines affecting the aesthetic medicine industry.

Requirements

• Medical degree with a valid practicing license issued by the Hong Kong Medical Council.
• Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Proven track record in clinical governance, quality assurance, and business operations management.
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong's healthcare laws, regulations, and the code of practice for private healthcare facilities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a significant advantage.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
