Operations Officer, Air Export

Responsibilities:

• Maintain shipment logs and handle shipping documents, including airway bills and manifests
• Rate, route, and facilitate the movement of shipments according to the service standards requested by customers
• Input data for each air freight movement into the internal system
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate freight movements, including pallet arrangements and related documentation
• Dispatch pre-alert notifications and relevant communications to designated parties promptly
• Retrieve and trace airway bill copies from sub-loaders to ensure proper documentation flow

Requirements:

• Form 5/HKDSE or above
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in airfreight forwarding
• Possessing valid Dangerous Goods Awareness (DGA) Certificate would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Customs Regulations and Air Import Processes would be an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese, along with accurate typing skills
• Basic computer knowledge to perform data entry, handle email routine and access to intranets
• Night shift duty required (Alternate day/night shift every 2 weeks)
